Move-out cleaning
Move-Out Cleaning for Homes You're Handing Over
Once your belongings are out, we clean the home so it presents well for a buyer, a final walkthrough, or the next tenant.
What an empty home reveals
Furniture hides a lot. When it's gone, the outline where a dresser stood, the dust inside cabinets and drawers, closet shelves, laundry-room corners, and the inside of appliances are all suddenly visible — and they're exactly what a buyer or property manager looks at during a walkthrough.
Move-out cleaning focuses on those interiors and edges rather than the everyday surfaces a maintenance visit covers. It's slower, more detailed work, and it's scoped to the size and condition of the home before we schedule it.
Typically included
- Cabinet, drawer, and closet interiors
- Full bathroom cleaning, including showers, tubs, and fixtures
- Kitchen detail and appliance exteriors
- Refrigerator and oven interiors (by request)
- Baseboards, door frames, and reachable trim
- Interior window sills and reachable glass
- Floors cleaned to the edges and corners
- Laundry area and reachable garage-side surfaces
Timing around your closing
Move-out cleanings are easiest when they happen after the movers finish and before the walkthrough. Southwest Florida gets busy in season, so tell us your dates as early as you can and we'll be straight with you about what's available rather than overbooking your slot.
Rentals and seasonal turnovers
We also handle turnovers between tenants and end-of-season departures, where the goal is a home that's genuinely ready for whoever walks in next.
