Every home is different, so the final scope is confirmed with you before your first visit. This is the room-by-room work a standard cleaning is built around.
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped down
- Sink and faucet cleaned and polished
- Appliance exteriors, including front of range and refrigerator
- Stovetop and microwave interior
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Table and chairs wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Trash emptied and liner replaced

- Showers, tubs, and glass cleaned
- Toilets cleaned inside and out, including base

- Dusting of reachable surfaces, shelves, and decor

Deep cleaning goes further
When a home hasn't had professional cleaning in a while, the buildup that a maintenance visit isn't designed to catch up on needs its own appointment. That's where baseboards, blinds, fan blades, grout-line attention, and the areas behind and around appliances get real time. Many homeowners start with a deep cleaning and then move to a recurring schedule.
Add-ons by request
These are agreed on in advance so the visit is planned realistically instead of rushed: refrigerator interior, oven interior, interior windows within reach, fresh bed linens, cabinet interiors, and lanai or patio surfaces.
What we don't do
To keep your home and our team safe, we skip anything that needs tall ladders, exterior window or roof work, heavy furniture moving, pest treatment, and biohazard cleanup. If something falls outside what we handle, we'll say so directly rather than guess.
