The exact scope is confirmed with you before service so it reflects your home and priorities.

A deep cleaning adds detailed work that a maintenance visit isn't designed for: baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, reachable light fixtures and fan blades, blinds and sills within reach, floor edges and corners, and heavier bathroom detail. Because condition and size vary so much, we scope deep cleanings per home rather than promising a fixed list in a fixed amount of time.

Yes. Recurring cleaning is what most of our clients use, and it's the easiest way to keep a home consistently comfortable.

Weekly and biweekly are the most common schedules. Some clients book one-time cleanings instead, such as a deep cleaning or a seasonal visit. We'll help you choose based on your home and how it's used.

Yes. Fresh bed linens and bed-making can be part of a Snowbird Home Reset or added to another cleaning. Tell us where the clean linens are kept and which beds you'd like made.

Yes. Refrigerator and oven interiors are available as add-on requests. Because they take extra time, we ask that you request them in advance so we can plan the visit realistically.

You don't need to clean before we come, but picking up personal items, clearing counters where you'd like us to work, and securing anything fragile or valuable helps us spend our time on actual cleaning. If pets will be home, let us know so we can plan accordingly. Also tell us about any rooms to skip or areas you'd like prioritized.
