Our Snowbird Home Reset service is designed for seasonal residents returning to homes in Bonita Springs, Estero, and North Naples. After your home has been sitting, we'll give it the refresh it needs so you can arrive to a clean, comfortable home that's ready to enjoy.

A home that's been closed up through a Florida summer needs more than a quick pass. Dust settles on every surface, closed rooms smell stale, kitchens and bathrooms need to be freshened before anyone uses them, and the lanai usually needs attention before it's pleasant to sit on. Scheduling us shortly before your arrival means your first day back is spent unpacking and seeing friends rather than cleaning.

Planning your timing

Most seasonal clients ask us to clean within the few days before they land. Let us know your arrival date, how long the home has been closed, and how we'll get in — a code, a lockbox, a neighbor, or a key already on file. Gated communities often need your name on the visitor list, so mention that early. Season fills up quickly, so reaching out a few weeks ahead gives you the most flexibility.
